I came in because my brakes were squeaking badly.. I purchased my car 2/1/19. And I feel that this should have been checked before the purchase.. I brought my car to the dealership in 2/19/19 and was there for 3 and a half hours.. They sanded my front rotors and then discovered that the back rotors needed sanding also.. Today while driving the car is still making a squeaky noise! I was told to bring it in tomorrow to be checked it could be the brake pads! I asked the service tech if everything (including the pads) were checked BEFORE I left the dealership to avoid having to come back and he reassured me they did a full inspection.. I am disappointed at this point and just want my car fixed properly without having to come back and forth. The man seems kind of short tempered also which isn't good when dealing with customers.. When i asked questions he seemed perturbed which made me very uncomfortable.
