Kevin is professional in explaining what needs to be
service in my van. The time expected to work on
the vehicle is on time. He offered a ride for us to go
home while the vehicle is being service. He gave me a
courtesy call when service is finished. But the service
ride did not arrived until I call Kevin. Kevin follows
up the ride and finally the ride came 10 min later.

I usually get oil changes there and have had good experiences previously. Yesterday after the oil change there was no alignment check like previously. I have to When the service was completed. I had to ask if everything was ok. Then the service advisor looked at the paperwork and said oh yeah the fluids needs to be changed. I am disappointed firstly I wasn't asked before my car was brought out if I wanted these other services. And also that the regular fluids weren't topped off like the windshield fluid. Also my alignment wasn't checked since I have bought the lifetime alignment
