I purchased my vehicle at rock honda and love the sales manejo assisted with the purchase and that is why I continue to go back. I think that it’s horrible that i went to the dealership 3x in one week. Going back and forth costed me $19 in gas to refill the loaner vehicle. Had the issue been fixed the first time I would not have to have gone back the 2 other times. The first time when I went to pick up my vehicle on my way home i heard a strange noise. So happens that plate under car came lose and was dragging on the freeway. I had to return and I was in fear of it falling off and possibly causing an accident. I took the streets back to hopefully make it back without anymore incident. The reps there inquired as to where I had gotten oil change and advised that they thought it came loose due to not being installed properly after oil change. I laughed because oil life in my car was at 20%. So basically they were saying that that’s what caused it to fall. What a joke. I am a female but I’m not an idiot. It’s not only the gas it’s my time. I am hoping that the installation of the radio will have fixed my problem and I will not have to return for the same Issue. Today on my way to the dealer to pick up my car the loaner vehicle also did the same. Radio froze, screen went blank. I took pictures to show you if you would like to see. I called and left a message for Ruben and am hoping to hear back from him. Again I love Rock Homda and hope that my issue has been resolved

My experience was horrible

I didn’t like that they didn’t wash my car I’ve never had my car serviced anywhere ever that they didn’t wash it that was a little disappointing

The professional demeanor and care provided during the scheduled maintenance of my Honda Civic was excellent. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
