Arif is top notch. Advised me about a fuel injection cleaning. I used to be an ASE certified technician and I liked the fact he didn’t “push” a sale. Arif asked if I take care of cabin filters and air intake filter. I said yes. Also I know the brakes are due but will take care of them at my house. It was a great experience.

I was told that a tire rotation was not part of my service plan , and was going to be charged extra therefore i declined that service. I'm not sure if your service Department washes customer vehicles or not but i was alson dissapointed that the vehicle wasn't washed like other dealerships do. On the upside the oil service was done in a timely manner . thank you .

The labor cost to install a rebuilt 2012 Accord alternator was over $400. The part itself was about $550. The total cost was over $1000 when it was all said and done and is extreme for an alternator replacement.
My family has been a loyal Honda customer for 3 decades. We've owned 7 Hondas in total starting with my 1989 Civic hatchback. This experience has negatively changed my perception and trust of Honda service charging practices for good. Sadly this will undoubtedly cause me to turn towards other car makers for any future automobile purchases.
