Mark was very nice when we came in. He was quick and courteous. He offered us some hot chocolate and let us know While we waited we can have a seat anywhere. I will never return to rock Honda. I have been taken advantage of by being charged for work that was supposed to be under a recall (which I didn't learn about until this last visit). I then trusted you with my car again to find that I need work completed that was done 3 years ago. I was talked and back talked about warranty and parts warranties including 12 month and 36 month on different parts. I still don't know what parts I had installed 3 years ago when I first had my work done. Apparently different salesmen have different techniques. I have encountered a salesman who did not divulge that different parts have different warranties, second I had a salesman charge me for work that I was told this week should have been covered. Then this weekend I had a salesman that was just disrespectful and dismissive of my concerns. I have taken my car to you for many years and will not return. I will also let anyone I know that you are dishonest, manipulative and blantanly are not following recall replacement recommendations. Unless some response is made and I am compensated for your mistakes and manipulation, then nothing will change.
