brought my car to rock Honda in Fontana CA for a safety recall emission system. I picked up my car. Next day emission system light went on. I brought my car back to find out what happened. Service advisor Shafiq Jamili said at 2:30 pm Friday April 15 that all technicians are gone for the day that he can’t help me, he mentioned that I need to bring my car another day. Not Saturday. “Rock Honda don’t do that kind of service on Saturday “He also suggested that that the problem could be something else. Really!!! When just 2 days ago you said you fixed that. That is unacceptable. He can’t be playing with costumers time like that.
