Very disappointed in how this situation has been handled. We purchased this vehicle less than a year ago and it has repeatedly had major cooling/overheating issues. After previous repairs, the vehicle failed again before we could even make it home.
Things became even more frustrating once we started requesting documentation and discussing refunds/accountability. Communication became difficult, towing assistance that was originally offered was later backed out of, and we are still waiting on complete records and technician documentation we have repeatedly requested.
I do appreciate Shawn’s efforts and believe he genuinely tried to help, but overall this experience has lacked transparency.

The mileage on my vehicle was recorded wrong when I brought it in for an oil change. (approx 50,000 more than actual) I did not want the excess mileage reported in service records or Carfax so I made another trip to the shop to have it corrected. Corey checked and agreed it was an error, and promised to correct it and call me with the updated info. I have not received any verification that it has been corrected, and it is now looking like I will have to make another trip back to the shop. three trips for an oil change is not my idea of complete satisfaction.
