Litterly took you 3 trips to figure out a lightbulb was burned out. Returned car to me last time without even trying the lights on when troubleshooting a light issue. Additionally besides the nonsense of my comprehensive warranty not covering speaker replacement last time I was in I requested we proceed. When back again I found out you didn't even order it. Meaning I would have to come down for a 4th time and take more time off work to fix something I already said I wanted done

We were using our auto warranty as well as paying out of pocket for repairs. It was not confirmed with the warranty company prior to our appointment that service was approved. Also, parts were not ordered prior to our appointment. This caused a delay in repairs and unnecessary stress dealing with the warranty company and mechanics over logistics that should have been handled prior to my appointment.
