The oil change was fine….but the cost was overpriced, $93. 49. We were told the cost is increasing another $5.00 next month. This is not the fault of the employee.
However, we will not be returning to Toyota of Murray for oil changes in the future. I contacted a local business, the charge for an oil change is $75.98.
I realize costs have increased, but the service department at Toyota of Murray has lost the business of this VERY LOYAL customer.
