Only improvement would be to notify a customer who was waiting (ME) that my car was ready. I saw it parked outside and went back to inquire if it was ready. It was. Dont know how long it had been ready. I'll assume just shortly, but still i wasnt notified. Otherwise service was exceptional.

I booked an oil change in addition to a problem with my vehicle pulling to the left. Upon arrival, I mentioned that I had just had my routine maintenance and an alignment/new tires. I was told that the “Pulling” sounded like an alignment problem and that the service sept didn’t do alignments. But yet they charged me $180 for the service. For an oil change? For an inspection that I just had? To look at the alignment that they weren’t equipped to fix?? I’m so confused. I’m certain that this wouldn’t have happened if my husband (or another man) had brought the vehicle in. I’m not from this area and I’m not used to a shakedown when I take my car in for service. Never ever ever coming back.

I asked for a little help taping up a door on pickup I’ve been waiting 4 months to get fixed. Was told Capitol City Motors didn’t have any duct tape and I should get my own and fix it myself. Wow. That is hitting the depths of poor customer service

I had requested that my dash be wiped down and my windows washed inside and out. These two things were not done. On the report that was texted to me afterward stated issues with the rear brakes. The service writer knew I was leaving on a long trip and this issue should have been addressed before I left the dealership. I don’t know if this is a safety concern or not.
