Garrett is great at his job! As soon as I got to the service area I was greeted with a smile, told him what I wanted and he got right to work! Told me what my price would be beforehand and wasn’t over pushy like I figured most mechanics would be like. I was pleasantly surprised by everyone I met at the dealership. Not only was everyone friendly but they were informative on how I will be helped and prompt to do so as well.
My visit was estimated to be around 2 hours, but I only sat in the waiting room for roughly 1 hour, and Aristeo Rodriguez checked on my throughout the process.
Even though the dealership is about an hour drive from me, I will certainly make my way back for anything I need related to my Kia.
