Things that were taken from my gloves compartment were not put back properly and things were left out. And when I opened it stuff fell out. As far as Adrian is concerned I am not sure who that is but if it's the person that I checked out with, he is always pleasant and helpful.

Service took longer than expected and I tried 2 different times to get an update on status of my vehicle and didn't get a reply. Finally went to service desk and 5 people were there and no one asked me how they could help until I finally, after waiting about 5 minutes, asked them for an update. And, wow, my vehicle was ready and we were out in about 10minutes. Total time 2:15.
