He called me a couple times to give me updates about my car. Helped me get discount. But i find it unvbelievable that his manager Justin would not acknowledge my Honda coupon that was only a month and a half expired.
Honda should give more consideration to their customers whose stayed with them for many many years like me.
Ive been taking my car for repair at this location since 2007. Its very disappointing.

The service was great. Quick and easy. However, when I got home I noticed that my car had a scratch and dent above the passenger front wheel. I take great care of my car and this was not there prior to my visit. I contacted Honda customer service when I got home. I was told I would l revive a call back from the service manager, but have not yet. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
