When I picked up my car there was a crack in my windshield. I turned right around and brought the car back and showed Makayla and she called Jon over to look. I was told that I would be contacted today by 4pm (which is crazy because why would it take 24 hours to view a file) about the resolution because Jon stated that he could not get into the file to view the pictures of my car prior to repair. I called twice left messages and then called and spoke to Luis today and was told that Jon no longer works there and he would speak to Maria and Makayla . Meanwhile the crack in my windshield has spread. On top of that I was not contacted or updated for a full day the first day that I dropped it off for service, no text updates or anything like I usually receive when I bring it in for service. . I called Maria at 4 something because I hadn’t heard anything. I’m not sure what is going on, but this is very upsetting and now a crack is in my windshield and no one is doing a thing about it. We purchased 2 cars from this dealership and this is the first time I’m receiving not even unsatisfactory, but quite literally the utmost horrible unprofessional customer service. I would like Mr. Ruiz to call me asap to get this taken care of. Jon referred to the crack as inconspicuous, but it is highly noticeable. I’m so upset, my head has been hurting since the moment I noticed the crack Wednesday evening because I just knew it would result in a game of run around.
