If I upgrade my vehicle or exchange for the same, would I have the same benefits transfer as well? I need the tire warranty and extended warranty on the windshield and maintenance that I’ve had on my current honda. I’m retired and on fixed income now. I would prefer to get my payments lowered.

The 3% surcharge for credit cards is ridiculous and petty. You can handle that in so any different ways, however you choose to frame it as a penalty to your customer. To expect cash for several hundred if not thousands of dollars in maintenance is unrealistic. We have not used nor carry checks with us anymore either (it is 2025), and the idea of using a debit card at an unsecured POS system is not something you’re willing to guarantee from theft. Credit cards are essential to business and there is a cost to doing so. It is clear that your frugal attempts to protect an already healthy profit margin are comes from a place that does not encourage trust. Poor choices in business practices will result in unsatisfied customers.
