Joshua was extremely professional and he was so informative. I had the opportunity of meeting Joshua at my last service maintenance service and I observed him in assisting my service advisor with a rental for me. It’s so great to see coworkers exhibiting strong team work. I was very impressed.

I came in without an appointment, Erik not only receive me right away he made me feel valued and respected my time and situation. The waxing lounge was clean and comfortable and although I was quoted a certain time frame my car was completed and delivered well before that time. Check out was smooth and quick.
Honestly you Reba the best service experience I’ve ever had. As a first time Honda owner, I’m very impressed with the car and equally with the company. Would be hard not to consider another Honda in the future.

Customer service was poor was never able to reach my consultant. Had to track them out. There really should be direct access to the consultants. After servicing my car was never cleaned and washed like it used to be on the past. Air tires were not checked.
