Several repairs were listed as part of what my vehicle required after bringing it into the electrical problems. The suggested repairs total of nearly $8000. We got a second opinion at another Honda dealership. It was 40% of that cost. We were even able to discreetly ask them about the specific repairs suggested by easy Honda. They went back to the vehicle to look for those supposed needs. And they weren’t there. I only reluctantly came Deere dealership after having been burned just over a year ago by the service department and they wouldn’t honor a recall, and took a vantage of me needing my car back the next day. I want to paying $1400 (down from the 35 they originally quoted me) Because I was desperate. It should’ve cost zero dollars. I swore I would never go back. But went back when the electrical system would haywire a couple days ago and your dealership was close. It just confirmed that my worst experience was not isolated. I will never be back, even if I break down right out in front of your dealership.
