Andrés Charry made the whole difference. Indeed, there some issues in the correcting some mechanical problems with the car. Andrés was not only serviceable, he was efficient, communicative, effective! He ultimately advocated for the car to be service at minimum financial effect on our household, and maintained my transportation accessible with a loaner in a critical time when we are moving. He understood the issue and resolved the issue completely and quickly!
