I appreciate that you all take the time to take a look at the entire vehicle, but it was very clear that you all were backed up. An oil change usually takes no more than 30 minutes, but I was there for 2 hours. When I arrived the gentleman told me it would be 1-1.5 hours. After an hour and a half I had to ask how much longer it would be vs. someone coming to let me know that they were running behind.
Also, please have the mechanic only list necessary maintenance services. I can’t help but question if the dealership is trying to get money out of me when it was suggested I get an alignment and I had one less than a month ago.
