Took too long for a scheduled oil change/rotation just to raise the tech hourly rate. Car wash left streaks all on the car. Tire pressure light turned on right when pulling out of the dealership. The entire screen was left on the system setting without clearing the warnings.

No assistance with obtaining a rental car given that I have purchased a deluxe extended warranty with my car. Also had my car returned with more problems that never existed before. A/C is now blowing hot air which was working perfectly fine before I had it serviced and now my traction control system has been tripped.

The mechanic who worked on my car did an Excellent job. Please thank him for me. Luis Flores did keep me updated on status of my car and helped get my car to me by end of day. So I thank him for that. The one area of improvement which I shared with Luis is that him said he could only give me $100 discount even though my coupons have no mention of limited discount amount. He said the limit was something he remembered from previous coupon and applied that to my situation even though my situation was different. Luis did say he would see about giving mr a discount next time I get service. I will be brining my car to Homda in about 8 months for repairs that mechanic advised. Thank you for allowing me to voice my gratitude and my feedback for improvement.
