I was told that to change my oil, rotate tires, and to patch up my tire it would take up to 1-2 hours. Another 45mins for a car wash. I ended up waiting over 5 hours to get my car serviced. My car was not even washed after waiting all those hours. A heads up on the change of time would have been nice.

The complementary car wash is never good there were soap suds left on top of the car and the rims are never completely cleaned there is always dirt left on them.The three times I have dealt with the service department my cars have been returned like that half cleaned.

I came there at 3:30. For oil change Every person that walked by me told me that we will be right back and that took half an hour of waiting in my car. Then finally someone comes to help me and they told me the car will be ready between 4:30pm to 5 o’clock. I was in the waiting area for two hours then I got a text message saying my car was ready.I was expecting someone to come to me and let me know that I can go ahead and pick up my car but no one came,I had to go out myself and follow up I also work at customer service, and I will never treat my customer like that.
