Mr. Bob was very nice and generous while helping us with our car. The issue is the length of time for a simple oil change and a six point inspection. The next time I am going to omit the inspection seeing that I wasn’t able to get the repairs due to the length of time it was taking. Needs more technicians that can expedite simple car repairs in a very timely manner.
