Leana did a great job. I was really impressed that when I showed up unannounced the evening before my appointment, as soon as she heard my name she knew the vehicle I was bringing in and why! Really prepared and knowledgeable. Not normal in today’s service industry.

They are aware of what was wrong with the service I got. If I was not referred to this store, I would have never came. It definitely was an overdrawn process to have my advisor communicate with the warranty company and myself. My advisor was absolutely terrible.

You guys did an awesome job and unfortunately I had to back out the second car today. My only suggestion is that if you tell the service person that checks you in “ I am absolutely not going to do anything but the recall” don’t ask them if they want to address brake fluid , pads, etc. If I say I can’t afford anything else I am telling the truth. Pierre ****was awesome. Friendly great customer service. The technician left an oily mess during my transmission CVT oil change. There was oil spilled over the front bumper and license plate. Under the car you can see oil leaking through the plastic cover. Very unprofessional to not have cleaned it up after making the mess.
