I am Very Dissatisfied with Easy Honda’s assessment. I came in with a specific problem, which was an intermittent “thud” noise coming from my right / rear quarter panel at speeds over 75 mph.
Easy Honda gave me a recommended repair list exceeding $5400 that started with changing out all tires ( the tires have ~10,000 on them and are essentially new. Other recommendations were: replace front struts, rear shocks, change out spark plugs, flush brake lines and front end alignment.
I took my vehicle to an independent mechanic and replaced the rear shocks ( since there was an intermittent noise from the right rear quarter panel), and the “thud noise “ has stopped.

I just had a lot of work done and he went in on his own to see that my car was under warranty and I needed to take advantage of some maintenance before it expired. Went above and beyond to make sure that work was all done, made sure an uber took me home after I dropped my car off for service and then when it was time for pickup, made sure to have an uber pick me up at my location as well. He’s by far the best I’ve worked with and I’ll keep coming back for all of my service needs because he goes above and beyond.
