I was given an inspection report regarding brakes and nothing was addressed or acknowledged on my receipt when I picked up my vehicle. I also responded with a question as to the coverage of my maintenance agreement for the brake issue and no response to that as well.

This is my second time getting my vehicle serviced with oxendale. I love the service. Richard zink is always professional and very nice. I did however want to get my filters changed if needed, and wipers, and tires, but I didn’t see the questions were texted to me with a link until later that day I had been working on my phone and was on a call with an employee. I was in the waiting room. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing.
