I will not be returning because I did have another licensed mechanic review what was claimed to be wrong with my SUV after being told close to $5000 worth of work needed to be done on it. First of all if a real inspection was done on my suv it would have been clear a tune up was just recently done and in addition to the code that showed up was for the intake manifold and instead of inspecting the intake manifold to know nothing was wrong with it your service dept insisted it needs a full replacement when IT WAS ONLY THE MAP SENSOR oh and the list goes on. So I let my mechanic do the work and for all of the work needed to actually be done actually was less than $1000 including parts and labor so I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP WHAT SO EVER. Thank you for attempting to rob me.

Waited 3 weeks for a new bumper only to end up with it completely scratched and messed up. I was also told it was only going to be about an hour for install, ended up being about 2, and “labor” was twice as expensive as I was quoted at….only for the labor to not mean a thing because I have to take it somewhere else to get it refixed.
