Very happy with service. However, there is a disconnect on picking up the vehicle. This is the 3rd time the driver has gone to the wrong location despite specific instructions.... liberty st entrance and keys are with the operator.

Seriously, $113 American dollars for the the old shut headlight bulbs!
When I can’t see because there so dim! I had LED Bulbs in there.
Now i have to go out and buy new LED bulbs and spend another $100+
To replace the crappy dim bulbs I just bought from you!!!!
How do you think I feel!

Not a huge deal but I believed my blinker lights were burnt out. I asked for them to be checked. I was told they were fine. I went afterwards and bought new bulbs. Sure enough, they were burnt out.
