Although I felt the new computer system where I was sent a text showing me everything wrong with my car was informative, I was disappointed that I had to call and talk to the technician if I had a question. I feel that the technician should always call just to make sure there are no questions. Also, I got a loaner and I think the technician should at least show a person where the gas tank lever is. Took me a while to find it so I can put gas in the it.

He got me an appointment super fast when my seatbelt stopped working. I was able to get a loaner and the service was done really quickly. He let me know what was needed through the new automated system, which works really well, especially since I can’t answer my phone most of the day, but I can reply by texting. Superior service!

I tried the new text technology and was successful using it but will not use it next time because I would prefer a phone call as per what needs to be done to our vehicle. Also this time when the vital fluids were tested we did not get to see the card to look at the results ourselves. We were assured it passed and I trust Palmeiro, but we just like to be more involved in the care of our vehicles.
