The service was great. Especially Kim. She is a very kind and caring person. I love dealing with her since she makes you feel she is out for your best interest. Toyota should consider them lucky to have such a good employee.

The only thing I was not happy about was my car came up a code for a cabin filter that could be replaced ---did not have to be at this time, but would need it in the future - - and would have been about $64----this would be covered in the near future by my Toyota Care and I was not told that---I was only asked if I would like to replace it today and told what the cost would be instead of being directed to wait a little bit longer on my Toyota care warranty. I find that a little upsetting
