Im just glad they are fixing problem and gave the loaner car, so there was no accidents from the harness situation

I was not there to pick the car up from my understanding. Everything is done and the car is running good again. Just not happy with the overall price of parts. I understand for the need for dealerships and shops to make money for selling parts and labor but $600 for a break job has gotten a little out of hand. I used to love coming there to get all my service done. You guys may be able to sell a bit more maybe if you offered aftermarket parts as an option

I scheduled an appointment for 55,000 mile service, but it came up on your computer system as switching out summer tires for winter tires. I told the service writer to take that off and do the 55,000 mile service instead. What was done was a basic check, inspection, and looking at one tire. I didn't notice until I got back into my car that the 55,000 mile service wasn't done as requested.
