Whenever I was told the entirety of my frame was “thinning” I wondered
whether or not my truck was part of that frame
recall, which I only recently heard about. And,if so, why wasn’t I informed
about it. I mentioned it when I was checking out
with Kim, but she didn’t have much to say about it. Living
in an area with very little winter, maybe 1 or 2 days of little snow (Nashville)
it’s unusual a frame would degrade like that. Other than
that you all did a great job, just bothered by this frame issue.

The only thing I was not happy about was my car came up a code for a cabin filter that could be replaced ---did not have to be at this time, but would need it in the future - - and would have been about $64----this would be covered in the near future by my Toyota Care and I was not told that---I was only asked if I would like to replace it today and told what the cost would be instead of being directed to wait a little bit longer on my Toyota care warranty. I find that a little upsetting
