A recall could not be completed, due to missing parts. This is not on the representative at all. The other issue I have is I paid for extended Toyota Care and a simple infotainment upgrade would have cost $ 72. This again is not the representative’s fault, as he explained that it was Toyota’s policy. I just expected more after the cost of the vehicle.
