Sales (Ryan) and service techs went above what any other dealer would have done. The service department called me several times while working on my issue to give me a heads up while solving the problem I had my car in their shop.
We have been buying fro them over the years because of of their excellent sales and service staff.
Palmiero is 100% for giving great service. One feels like a part of the family from the time you walk into their showroom.
Toyota should feel extremely blessed with a dealership that values their customers to a high degree and utmost respect.
We have purchased 8 or 9 new Toyotas from them over the past 20 years and I can’t say enough good about the whole staff.
