I had multiple mail coming from Honda and as well as the DMV about the recall for the airbag system. When the vehicle was dropped off, it took 6 hours for them to identify that there was no inflation system.

I was very disappointed with how long the service took. I was recommended to you by a family member. The rep informed us that the car would be ready at 2pm. The car was not ready until 6pm which conflicted with my partners work schedule. I was not notified until 4pm the the car was still not ready. Very disappointed
