I was at the dealership for almost 2 hours. Usually it's less than an hour for an oil change. I understand that Saturday's are busy, but my car was ready and it took Tommy and Jack at least 20 min To find my paperwork. Not my best experience with Metro Honda.

Vance was extremely courteous, and knowledgeable over some questions I had about the recall for my Fit. My appt. was handled so efficiently, ON-TIME process; LOVED that I went in, did a little paperwork, asked and answered some questions, waiting maybe 3-5 minutes for shuttle arrangement, shuttle-service was superb! Very satisfied. My car had a horrible noise for the longest time. I took it to Honda and they replaced the part. No more sound! I'm a very happy customer! Sandy wa great! I appreciate her keeping me I formed ifcthe progress of the repair. When I got to the dealer to pick up my car, check out was fast. She had all the paper work ready. I paid and within 5 min i was out. Thank you for the great customer service.
