I just loved it since day one thomas owen was always so helpful and keep me informed of the process of my car they got the job done really quick but still have to go bk and ask a few questions regarding my car acting different not sure if it gots to do with the service but need to make sure. But thomas was an awesome man out there!

We purchased our Accord Hybrid on a rainy night so the person that clean the car was not all there, water marks every where and interior was dirty, didn't vacuum or clean. Since, we needed to bring the car back to install the mud guards the person that delivered the vehicle to us said when we come in they will wash and clean everything for us. Yesterday, my wife brought the car in to install the mud guards and after the installation they washed the car but never clean the interior as promised, plus they still didn't clean all the watermarks from the car especially the front grille. We don't believe this is how Metro should treat their customers. We hope you can help us resolve this matter and at least clean and detail our vehicle since it is a white colour. Thanks for your assistance.
