He couldn't open the trunk after 2 minutes of taking it back to the service departent bringing it back telling us we would have to leave the car knowing my purse with my wallet was still locked inside so my boyfriend tried for a few minutes ad was able to get it open .... Then he told my boyfriend to just close the trunk again but my boyfriend asked how he was going to get back inside with no comment so my boyfriend lowered the back seats so you could at least get back in the trunk ... common sense don't you think This is my first new car I have ever owned and it's been pain in the **** 2 recalls and services that we always have to return because something isn't adjusted or reset I think you need to be more concerned with customer service especially if someone's purse is locked In a brand new car that the trunk wont open
