Patrick Henry is trying to do too many things at once. He should focus on serving the customer, while still allowing for attending to sudden occurrences in a reasonable manner.
When I was working with him, however, he would leave to deal with ANY issue that presented itself. In every other circumstance at Metro Honda, the service advisor dealt with my appointment within 5 minutes. With Patrick Henry, it was 20 minutes.
He is a very friendly person, and has a great personality, but he needs to exercise his prioritization skills.
