When I first walked in the man sitting directly in front as you walk in from the service area, completely ignored me then just told me what was I doing standing there, obviously I was sent in there with a workorder to have my honda serviced. I knew why Metro Honda then why Metro Honda had so many Bad reviews! Tommy remied that as soon as he hung up the phone he made himself available and was very friendly and got my car checked in. Unfortunately, my Honda CR-V came out with a scratch and I did bring it to Tommys attention and he did say that they will have the body shop fix it. I take very good care of my Honda CR-V as I put it in the garage and drive it very careful. My first oil change was at over 9k that shows my care for my car. I hope that Metro Honda improves its carelessness and not all services people are rude and not all mechanics are careless but please start thinking and treating all your customers cars as "new" vehicles some of us struggle every month to make that monthly payment and take pride keeping it as new as possible. We as customers do appreciate your work and will praise you as such not just point out the bad. Thank you. I hope to see improvement.
