I denied getting my car cleaned but I didn't expect the service techs to make it dirtier. They left extra trash in my vehicle. That wasn't a big deal compared to the fact that my tire pressure light came on as soon as I drove off. I'm feel confident in saying that corners were cut when servicing my vehicle. Ms. Ireland was polite but she seemed very new and inexperienced, she spoke to me as if I had no idea about my vehicle. My experience was far below satisfactory.

Over charge ! it's doesn't take 2hours to change the lock at passenger door and was going to charge me 260 until I told him that I saw the price for 2hours at the Penske Honda that when he change to 225 instead ... not very honest person I will never deal with him again
