The person helping me was not too helpful then went to lunch without finishing up my paperwork and I was going to be forced to wait until he came back to finish up so I could leave, the other person was not helpful either he was going to make me wait. I had to get the sales manager to approve the new battery again so I could leave. The guy finally finished my paperwork and not only could he not say thank to me, when I said it to him he ignored me. Not a very good first impression from the service department
