I am completely satisfied with Gordon, he was GREAT to work with. I was unsatisfied with the shuttle service because when I called to be put on the list, I gave the address of where to go and the driver went somewhere else. Instead of receiving a call to say he was on the way, he wasted both of our time. Generally I wouldn't care, but I was almost left in the position of waiting alone on the street in an area I am not comfortable with.
