My experience with Metro Honda'a service department was nothing compared to my previous experience with the sales department. I decided to give Metro Honda a second chance and the service department did a great job. Patrick offered me water and coffee while I waited. Patrick even offered a complimentary car wash, only problem was when I picked up it was not washed. I advised John **** since Patrick was not avaIlable he quickly got a hold of someone who took the car to be washed.

I went in to get my windows tinted and a detail to my 2015 Honda Civic. I really appreciated Henry's honesty and recommendation to only get one service done I stead of doing both since it might cause further issues with the tinting and possibly cause me to go back and redo it. I typically go in thinking all they wanna do is sell sell sell and make that commission. I will def go back to Henry and I thank him for his honesty!!!
