I had an appointment for 10:00am. The service order stated that I was to check with Henry. He appeared to know nothing about my installation. I sat in line for 20 minutes. It was 40 minutes before my paperwork was completed. I asked Henry to check to see how long my work would take. He said he had no idea but would check and let me know. After not receiving an answer, I checked with him again. He told me he had given the parts to his boss and would let me know how long the work would take. He never responded. It took an hour and a half to install two side emblems, which are done with double sided tape, for a customer with an appointment! In addition, Henry definitely needs to work on his attitude with customers! I'm not sure why you don't stick a set of those emblems in your parts inventory. With both of the CR-V's I have had to make a return trip to the dealership for installation. At your cost on those parts, I can't imagine that it makes sense to have to schedule a return trip for installation, mess with your piles of paperwork, and inconvenience your customers. Contrary to popular belief, your customers might think their time is valuable too. I have purchased two CR-V's in the last six months. I have bought two Acuras, one Pilot, and two CR-V's from the group. Several of the support people inside have been great to work with. I can't say much for several of the others. For example, I visited the dealership the week before Thanksgiving. I met with Jimmy Thompson. If you intend to keep him on the payroll, and I'm not suggesting that you do that, why don't you get him some business cards so that customers don't have to put his name in their cell phone for contact. I asked him for a price on two vehicles on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He must be struggling, since I still haven't heard from him. Not getting a customer a price isn't something most sales managers like to hear! I have done that job. **** Teis C - ****-****-xxxx

I waited an hour to get my car in for a service that I had made an appointment for. I had also expected to have my car washed, which it wasn’t. I received two car wash tickets, which was nice, but would have preferred to have it washed as promised. My first service at Metro was great, this time not so much.
