Overall it was an okay experience. Wish I was given an update about how long my car was going to take to be completed. 2 hours later with no update, I stood up to ask and I was told, my car was being worked on and I would be notified when it was done. 3/12 hours later my car was done and at that time I was notified for the first time.

Why do you schedule repairs and then tell people there will be a two hour wait? I had a repair I needed done and I was in downtown LA and with no appointment I was in and out in a half an hour. Also your charges are very difficult to understand.
