Luis was great to work with. He made sure I was satisfied with the repairs and went out of his way to address a follow-up question I had. Jose also helped and took my car in on Thursday- a day he was the only one in the service dept. Both were always professional and helpful.

Customer service is always Great. Ford however says they don't know what is wrong with my truck making knocking noises. Said it's normal. I've had a lot of trucks and never had knocking come from the engine area before
