I am writing to express my concerns regarding an incident that occurred when I visited your dealership to pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving, I was alarmed to find that my vehicle had been left unlocked in a public area for the entire day. This was particularly concerning, as the service department had already closed for the day, and had I not arrived when I did, my vehicle would have been left unsecured overnight.
In addition to this, I noticed that all recordings from my vehicle’s dash cam, including those from the day of the incident and prior, had been deleted. This raises further concerns about the handling of my vehicle while it was in your care.
I would appreciate your attention to this matter, as both the security of my vehicle and the integrity of the data in my dash cam are important to me. I look forward to hearing how this issue will be addressed.

I asked for my tires to be rotated. That means fronts go to the rear and the rears come up front. Simple. Come to find out you only rotated 1 set saying the other is better as is???? Like wtf is that??? Just rotate the tires like I wanted. Now the tread ware is going to be disjointed. It’s my car. How the F are you making the decisions for my car??? I wanted the tires rotated not your analysis of some bs you think is right. One hundred percent BS
