I took my car to get serviced in July 7. When I picked up my car did not feel right front tires, weirdly Lus and just different. Brought it back in to have the tires checked because they were wearing on the side not evenly. Larry and the other assistant stated that that was normal after alignment, I insisted, and they checked it to where it was not normal and it came out with the alignment. My car was taken into repair the alignment and rotation, when picked up my car, i it was pulling to the right strongly. Picked up my car after they claimed to have fixed it brought it in one more time for the same reason. And I’m driving it right now with the same reason my car pulls to the right. For the record, my car was fine when I brought it in, but Jesus stated that I need him to do alignment after a rotation of the tires. The tires were not rotated, but I was still charged with the alignment. If it would’ve been done correctly, I wouldn’t be leaving this message.

Marc Wiseman was the best! He was so kind and took care of us very well. I really appreciated him telling us to make sure our car hadn’t already received the service at the 100k mark because if it had, then they could replace the timing belt for free. Even though it turned out my car hadn’t received the scheduled maintenance, it made me trust the process and I was happy to give Weir Canyon my business. They also checked everything and said my car was in great shape. Just a month before this, I was told by a different car mechanic that my car needed a lot of things replaced. I left and 3 miles into my drive a check tire pressure warning came on. I called and left a message with service desk and didn’t get a call back. I tried to reset myselfand added air before I had to return the vehicle back. I waited for almost 40 min before I was helped by a runner vs a service tech that was able to assist by resetting the tprs 3 times. Having to come back and the lack of customer service makes it very unlikely I’d return for service or to buy another vehicle.

Vehicle was return dirty smelling like grease and no plastic cover or floor mat cover used. Seat cover on vehicle was not in proper place due to entry of technician onto vehicle. When payment for repairs had to ask for a receipt of payment due to paying cash which advisor was. Not going to provide one. Overall won’t be visiting this dealership for future needs or recalls.
