I had to wait 25 minutes before anyone helped me. I was told when I arrived to wait by my car and someone would help us. After waiting 25 minutes my wife went in to ask if someone was going to to help us The service guy that help us I have no complaints about he was very helpful and got us out quickly. I don’t mind waiting a couple of minutes but I drove from Lske Elsinore CA because when I bought the Honda CRV the said I had to take the car to weir canyon Honda for the two free oil changes for a certified Honda car
