Although we arrived after 4 pm on Friday, we have been served promptly and our car was ready in less than an hour. Dropped the car off at 10:30 for a B1 minder. Was up sold on a fuel cleaning/brake flush/AC cleaning, which I was happy to pay the 600 dollars for. Was told it would be a few hours but was not made aware that it was going to take over 7 hours to perform these services. I had to reach out at 4pm only to be told that it would be done at the end of the day. I get there at 5 and wait an additional 45 minutes for the car to be finished. When I paid the 615 dollars I did not receive the report for the vehicle inspection that every Honda service center provides. I have been to other Honda service centers and they have never kept my car for services longer than 5 hours, if I took this to Jiffy Lube I could have received the same services for cheaper and likely faster. I will not be returning to this location for services in the future.
